It is your responsibility to check this website from time to time to review the current terms and conditions of this legal notice.There is no Lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. We supply life vests for all boat rentals, if you choose to not wear one or have one in the boat as required by law; you do so at your own risk. Failure to comply will result in loss of rental without refund. We have a $30 fee for dirty dishes left in the cabin. Please do your dishes before you checkout. Please keep an eye on your children and pets as we are not responsible for them; ie, your children eat the stuff inside the glow sticks, though we will give medical aid and CPR when necessary. If we see a child who has chewed through a glow stick and their mouth is glowing, or any other incident, we reserve the right to give them medical attention if you are incapable of doing so and we are not liable for any damages. Keep in mind any EPI Pens or other medications that you may need. Cell phones do not work in or around Warm Lake. At the North Shore Lodge you are on National Forest Land and must abide by their rules. All pets must be kept on a leash at all times per the Forest Service's rules. Quiet time is at 10 p.m. per the Forest Service. Horseshoe pit hours are from 10am to 10 pm. No open fires around the lodge or cabins are allowed. No Wake hours for the lake is 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. No motorcycles are allowed on the dock. Any damage to the lodge or our facilities by the customer is the customer's responsibility to pay to have it replaced for an indeterminate amount. North Shore Lodge does not tolerate any abuses of responsibility or the law. When necessary, authorities will be called. No tents or camper trailers are allowed around the cabins. Please return the cabin key to the front desk when you check out. Kids under the age of 16 are required by law to wear helmets on dirt bikes and four wheelers. The speed limit around the lodge and cabins is 5 mph. Fishing licenses are required for Warm Lake. The FDA does not recommend the consumption of undercooked meat or eggs. This establishment cooks all food until done, unless otherwise requested. No one under the age of 21 is allowed in the bar during ours of operation. We do sell alcohol or tobacco to minors at the North Shore Lodge and we card. No outside food or beverages are allowed in the lodge. We reserve the right to refuse services for any reason at any time. Here at the North Shore Lodge, we want you and your family to have a good time, please be responsible. Limitation of liability In no event will we or any of our associated companies be liable for any damages, including without limitation direct or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising in connection with this site, The North Shore Lodge, or its amenities, or use thereof or inability to use by any party, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure, even if we are advised of the possibility of such damages, losses or expenses.Nothing in this legal notice shall exclude or limit our liability for:(a) death or personal injury caused by negligence as defined in by the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977; or (b) any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
